Are these medical grade?

We designed them, in our opinion, to be safer and more comfortable than the present combination of cloth masks + face shields + goggles. However, our products are not presently certified by the FDA for medical use, or by NIOSH. This is a newly designed consumer product that performs some functions that a mask, face shield, respirator or full face respirator accomplish. These products are currently untested in their capacity to reduce contact with anything and should be used at the end user’s full discretion and knowledge involved in the risks associated with using an untested product. We do plan on submitting our product for testing and certification but currently have no certification, approval or particulate filtration claims whatsoever.
